Its bright bronzed colors are clearly seen on the printed finish, with sharp details noted through the tiny veins of the leaf. The obverse shows Queen Elizabeth II as designed by Susanna Blunt, with the field showing detailed veins from the leaf pattern. What does the grade Proof 69 Ultra Cameo Early Releases mean? Created by the RCM, you can be certain this is a high quality product. This is made certain yet again through its very high NGC grade. After careful observation through 5x magnification, it was determined that this coin is in Proof 69 condition. This is a very high grade that means only very slight blemishes were visible under magnification.
